The short version

I collect the least I can get away with: enough to take your bid and email you when something changes. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone who is not helping run this auction.

What gets collected

• When you bid: your brand name, your website if you give one, your email, and the logo file you upload.
• When you pay: nothing from your card ever reaches me. Dodo Payments handles the card details and tells me only that a payment succeeded and which bid it belongs to.
• When you visit: Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.

What is public

Your brand name, your logo, your link, and your bid amounts appear on this site once approved. That is the whole point of the auction. Your email address is never shown to anyone.

Who else sees it

• Supabase stores the database and the logo files.
• Dodo Payments processes payments as merchant of record.
• Resend delivers the emails.
• Vercel hosts the site.

How long it is kept

Bid records stay while the auction page is up, because a public bid history is the point. Email addresses are deleted a year after the auction closes, or sooner if you ask.

Getting it deleted

Email [email protected] and I will delete your details. If you won a spot, the record of the winning bid stays for accounting, with your email removed.
